2006-12-04 - Update
Sorry to take so long to update the site. Not much has been going on. I have had both motors refreshened and should have them back in the next couple of weeks. We are going to head to arizona again for ten days in January. We put a new body on the Missile chassis and just put new vinyl on it tonite. Check out the photos and let me know what you think of the new design
2006-10-11 - Weekend at Fernley Nevada
This year they did something a little different than the normal pill draw for the heat races. They had us qualify and i just suck at qualifying. I did my usual mid pack qualifying which put us 3rd row outside in the 3rd heat. We were a little off on the setup and finished in the 4th spot. They only took the top 2 out of each race and we had to run the b-main the next nite. We started 5th row inside and had to finish in the top 6 to make the a-main. We were running in the transfer spot when i broke a lower ball joint on the right front a-arm and had to leave the track. They had a last chance qualifyer and we started again in the 5th row. This time the setup was a little better and we were able to start moving up and with about 7 laps to go we passed the leader up high and went on to win the race. This put us on the last row for the a-main and we were not very good from the start. I had decided to try some stuff with my bar angles and i really goofed up there. The car had zero forward bite and we struggled the whole race. The race went 35 laps without a yellow and we came home in 14th place after starting 20th. Not the way we wanted to end the season but at least we put the car in the trailer in one piece. Not sure when our next race will be but am leaning towards arizona again in january. Will keep you posted.
2006-10-03 - Saturday at Yreka-Mountain Challenge
On friday nite we finished in 8th in the qualifying main event which got us into the show for saturday nite. They had a 10 lap 10 car dash to determine the starting order for the A-main. We finished in 4th, putting us in the 2nd row outside. We ran in 3rd for the first 10 laps when the 2 leaders ducked low to miss a spinning car while i went high and they got tangled up, giving me the lead. We led it until the 25 lap break with travis peery breathing down our necks. We continued to lead it after the break for about 7 laps until travis got by us on the low side. I had been running the top groove until it went away and was forced to run down low where my car was just a little too tight and i got passed by a couple more cars and ended up finishing 4th. Put the car in the trailer in one piece after a decent weekend of racing. We are heading to Fernley nevada this next weekend to finish out the season.
2006-09-25 - Saturday nite at Cottage Grove-Sept 23rd
We towed up to Cottage Grove for their season ending race. Went out to pack the track and noticed the track being really wet and had a lot of deep tire marks in it. I thought that was not a good sign and that it appeared that the track would be tacky and rough the whole nite and i was right. We timed in 7th out of 28 cars and started the fast heat in the 4rth row outside and passed a couple of cars and finished 6th. This started us in the main in the second row inside. The track was very rough and tacky in most places. We fell back to about 6th with the car bouncing all over the place. We managed to pass a couple of cars and ended up the nite in 3rd. It was our best showing up in cottage grove this year and didn't have a scratch on the car. We will be heading to Yreka for their big $3k to win race this next weekend.
2006-09-18 - Satuday Sept 15th-Yreka
We headed to Yreka again to run with them and started our heat race 3rd row outside and moved up to 3rd and finished there. The track was a little slimy but was tacking up pretty nice. We made some changes to the car that we hadn't done before for a tacky track and was pleasantly suprised with the results. We started to main on the outside pole and on the start fell in behind lenny toolenan. There was a complete restart and this time i got the jump and never looked back. We ran the rest of the race under green and was never challenged for the lead. We took home our second main event of the season and put the car in the trailer in one piece. We are heading to Cottage Grove next weekend for their season ending race and then will be back in Yreka the following weekend for their $3k to win show.
2006-09-12 - Saturday nite at Yreka-Sept 9th
It was nice to get back on the track after taking the previous weekend off. We started on the outside pole of our heat and won it. The track was tacky and a little slimy in turns 1&2 but not too bad overall. In the main, it was still a little tacky and we set the car up hoping that it would dry out some. We started in the 3rd row outside and ran as high as 3rd and as low as 8th. The track started drying out about midway and went dry towards the end. We ended up finishing 3rd behind peery and wauge and put the car in the trailer in one piece. We were happy with the results and plan on running down here again on the 16th.
2006-08-28 - Friday at Willamette speedway-Aug 25th
We traveled up to willamette raceway to see if the car was ok after flipping it hard last week at SOS. We timed in 3rd out of 18 cars which put us in the trophy dash. We were running 2nd until i drove in too hard and almost spun allowing the other two cars to pass and i finished 4th. We lined up in the heat race in the 2nd row outside and finished 4th. This put us in the 6th row outside for the a-main. the track was really good and smooth and it dried out pretty good. We started working our way to the front and finished the nite in 3rd place. We were happy that the car seemed to be ok and put the car in the trailer in one piece.
2006-08-28 - Saturday at Cottage Grove-Aug 26th
We stayed the nite at a buddys in eugene and headed to the grove saturday afternoon. When we unloaded the trailer we found that we had a broken shock mount on the right front. Who knows when that broke but it must have happened sometime during the a main at willamette. We fixed it and timed in 7th out of 26 cars. We started the 3rd heat in the last row and had passed a couple of cars when i spun out going into turn one. I went up and off the track and was trying to restart the car when one of the cottage grove regulars who had gone off the track in front of me deciding that while facing away from me to come back on the track in reverse. He didn't see me sitting there and ran into the drivers side of the car ripping off my upper a arm and shock and the whole door panel along with the muffler. We got it fixed in time for the a main where we started on the outside pole. The pole sitter got a good jump and we settled into a solid second and was running there for the first 10 laps. A yellow came out and on the restart, the right rear upper shock mount ripped out of the frame ending our nite. I suspect this mount was already broken from the previous weeks flip but must have been attached enough to run the previous nite and most of this nite. All in all, the weekend wasn't too bad considering how bad of a flip we had the weekend before. We are sitting out this weekend and doing some family fun stuff up in portland. We will be heading to Yreka the following weekend (Sept 9th)
2006-08-21 - Saturday at SOS-Aug 19
For some reason or another, the racing gods are not happy with us right now. We started our heat race in the last row and pretty much finished there. The track was tacky and fast and we really missed the setup. This lined us up for the b-main in the 3rd row inside and we made a ton of changes to the car to loosen it up and it worked. We moved up and was racing for 4th with Dane smith when coming out of four i had passed him cleanly down low and he was in the high groove. Coming down the front straightaway he came down on my right rear which turned us hard right into the front stretch wall and we barrel rolled the car 2.5 times landing hard on the roof. I was shaken up but was able to walk away under my own power. The car looked horrible and i thought my season was over. After looking at it on sunday, we determined the car actually held up really well. The only major damage was to the right front frame horn and i think it can be fixed. There is a lot of sheetmetal that needs to be banged out but overall i am confident that the car will be back together by this weekend. We really need some good luck soon. I am getting really discouraged with the way our nites have been turning out. I do everything in my power to drive cleanly and not be aggressive to the point of taking people out. I just wish the others out there racing with me would extend me the same courtesy.
2006-08-14 - Saturday nite at Cottage Grove-Aug 12th
We barely made it up to cottage grove this weekend. When we were leaving medford we heard this clunk from back by the trailer and we thought that we had just run over something and didn't think anything about it. Turns out when we got to the grove, we found that the trailer tongue welds that held it on to the trailer had cracked and the trailer was barely hanging on and about 2 inches off the ground. Luckily it held and we got to the races and the promotor had a welder which he let us borrow after the races and we were able to fix it and get it home. We timed in horribly as usual and started the 2nd heat in the 5th row. We worked our way up to 4th and that is where we finished. The track was super slick and smooth, just the way we like it. We started in the 6th row outside. By midrace we were up to 7th and racing back and forth with the 75 car. About 3 laps from the end, someone behind us wanted our spot more than we did and spun us out. We had to start at the back of the pack and ended up about 15th. Not the way i wanted to end the nite but at least the car is in one piece. We will be racing at Medford this coming weekend
2006-08-01 - Saturday at SOS-July 29th
Well what can i say..i just suck at this track. The tracks we have been running at for the last month have been smooth and dry slick and we have been awesome. We got to medford and the track looked to be tacky. By the time the heat race came, it was rough and tacky. How the heck can this track have a rough and tacky track when the weather has been over a 100 degrees for the last 2 weeks??? We started on the outside pole for the heat race and ended up 3rd. This started us in the 5th row inside for the main and we just sucked the whole nite. The car was way too soft and just a handful to handle. We ended up 15th after making a dash to the back. Unfortunetely, Yreka and Cottage Grove are off this coming weekend so we are going to make some changes to the car and race at Medford again. Hopefully, they will smooth out the track but i am not holding my breath.
2006-07-24 - Saturday nite at Yreka-July 22nd
We towed to Yreka again to run there this weekend. We started our heat race in the 2nd row and by lap 4 had taken over the lead where we won by a comfortable margin. This put us into the trophy dash along with Travis Peery, Roger Lorenzini and Andy Freeman. We started 2nd rown inside again and at the green was running in the 3rd spot. We raced with Lorenzini for a lap and finally got by him on the low side coming out of turn 4. On the white flag lap we caught Peery and went high going into turn one and pulled up alongside of him. He got us out of the corner of 2 and down the back stretch and we drove it into 3 deeper and the car stuck. This allowed us to get him coming out of turn four for the checkered flag. We started the main in the 4th row inside and on the green flag, something happened up front with the leaders and one of them got sideways and collected most of us in the first 3 rows. I thought that our nite was over as i headed to the pits for repairs. We bent another front rim and broke another shock. Dwayne and Ray got the car fixed and we headed back out and resumed our position in the 4th row. This time the green start was clean and we started racing. We moved up to the high groove and started picking off cars in every corner until we were up in 3rd right behind the 1st and 2nd place cars who were racing each other side by side. These two raced this way for several laps and were having a good race. It was frustrating for me because i couldn't go anywhere. They took up both lanes and i was patiently waiting for one or the other to get the pass down. My car was so hooked up that i could run anywhere. My problem was that there was no opening to get by them. Coming out of turn 2 the outside car got a little loose and started too spin and took me out with him. I got hit in the rearend by somebody and it broke the pull bar and shoved the rearend over by a couple of inches. Again, i thought the nite was over and headed for the pits. Dwayne, Chris Biggs and Ray got the pullbar out and the new one in before the racing resumed. I went back out at the back of the pack and again started working our way forwards when they threw out the white flag. They were on a time constraint and called our race early. We ended up getting back up to 6th at the checkered. It seems like each week the car gets a little faster. If we could just get the angry wreck gods off of our back and stay in the clear, i feel that we have the car to win some main events. We are racing in Medford this weekend.
2006-07-20 - Saturday nite at Yreka-July 15th
We towed down to yreka to run for this weekend. We started out our heat race in the second row outside and had a heck of a time getting around the guy that started in front of us. He was really squirrely and it was tough to get around. When we finally did, the leaders had checked out. I was able to reel them in but unable to do anything before the checkered fell. This put us on the 4th row outside for the main. They had really watered the track before the races started that nite and there was a slimy spot coming out of 4. The race started and the car was real good. We worked our way up to 4th about lap 10 and had a yellow come out. We restarted on the second row outside and on the green flag, the car that was inside of us hit the slimy spot coming out of four causing his car to push up and stuff us into the front straight wall. I headed to the pits for repairs and the crew changed a broken shock and rim/tire and we headed back out in last place. We immedietely started working our way up and was running around 7th when the car felt like the drive shaft was trying to come out of the tranny. I decided to head to the pits and not take the chance to tear anything more up. Turns out we had broken the braking shock that attaches the frame to the rearend. This braking shock keeps the rear end from slamming back after you get out of the gas. We are fixing the car and heading back down to Yreka this coming weekend
2006-07-06 - Tuesday at Cottage Grove
We started off the nite by qualifying in about midpack (i hate qualifying because i suck at it) This put us in the 2nd heat on the second row inside. We took the lead on lap two and went on to win by almost a half a lap. This put us at the back of the fast heat where we started 11th and worked our way up to 5th. The car was really good and we got ready for the main where we were to start in the 3rd row inside. On the green flag lap going into turns 3&4, we all picked up the throttle to start the race, when the pole sitter decided not to start with the rest of the cars, resulting in the flagman not putting out the green and instead, put out the yellow. Well all us cars up front saw that and slowed down but the guys behind us didn't. I got piled into in my left rear and lost my whole left side of the body of the car along with the left rear rim and tire and it broke a brake line. This finished the nite for us. Our first dnf for the season. We are off this next weekend because of my daughter being in a wedding. We will be back in action the following weekend in Yreka
2006-06-26 - Saturday nite at Yreka
We had a pretty good weekend at yreka. 18 cars showed up and we were in the second heat. Started 2nd row inside and finished 3rd behing toolanen and peery. This put us inside 2nd row again for the main. We thought that the track was going to dry out (since it was over a 100 degrees) but they must have watered the heck out of it because it was tacky in the turns and dry coming out. We were setup for the dry stuff and was way too tight for the main. We got passed by a couple of cars and was running in 5th when i dialed the rear brakes back and finally was able to get the car to turn in the corners. We passed 2 cars and was slowly reeling in the leaders when the checkered flag fell. It is so nice to race and not have a scratch on the car. We are taking next weekend off due to a family reunion over the 4th. We will be back in action on July 4th (tuesday nite)up at cottage grove.
2006-06-19 - Update
This is one weekend i would like to forget about forever. On friday nite, there was a tragic accident that took the life of the promoter of the race track that we were at. As the D-main was lining up to race he was struck and killed by a car driven by a close friend of mine from Medford. The races were cancelled that nite and then the next day. There was an investigation by the police and was confirmed that it was a accident and no blame was placed on my friend. We headed home and decided to race at Cottage Grove saturday nite where we won our heat race and finished 7th in the a-main after getting caught up in a accident early in the race and having to re-start dead last. We will be racing in Yreka this next weekend.
2006-06-16 - Thursday nite at Elma
66 cars checked in for the first nite of racing and we qualified 24th. We lined up for our first heat race in 4th and went backwards. The track started going slick and we were way too loose and ended up 6th or 7th. In our second heat race we started 10th and actually moved forward a little bit and ended up in 5th or 6th. This lined us up in 12th starting place for the B-main and we ended up finishing 11th. We just haven't figured out the right setup for this track yet. We are going to make some changes to the car today and see what happens for tonites show. Tonite is another complete show and we can still qualify for the a-main on saturday nite if we have a good showing. I will update later tonite
2006-06-12 - Saturday at SOS
This is one nite that i would like to rewind and do over. We started out the nite with the pull bar breaking on the rearend in hot laps which caused the drive shaft to come out and snap in half, tearing the back of the tranny apart along with the pinion on the rear end. We got pushed back into the pits and put the car up on jackstands and started to work on it. I was underneath the car putting in the new drive shaft when the car shifted and came off the jack stands and landed on my chest with my right arm trapped accross the top of my chest. I started screaming like a little girl and within seconds half the pits had run over and lifted the car up off of me and pulled me out. I was shaking like a leaf it scared me so bad. The emt's checked me out and put my wrist and arm in a sling to make sure everything was ok. I felt pretty good (actually felt lucky to be alive) and everybody pitched in and helped put the car back together. We got it together in time to tag the last heat at the back end. We worked out way up to 3rd and that is where we finished. My hand felt really sore but i was able to lightly grip the steering wheel and hang on pretty good with the other hand. We made some changes for the main and started in the 6th row outside. We moved up a couple of spots when coming out of 2, the car in front of me checked up and i hit his rear bumper with my right front tire, popping it. I had to go to the pits to get it fixed and the time i got back out, i was 3 laps down and we didn't push it for the rest of the race. I really wanted to say a huge thanks to all those that responded so quickly and got that car off of me. Also a huge thanks to Brian Poppa, Chris Salyer, michael gabriel and all the others who worked their butts off to get the car back together. I also want to say another huge thanks to my newest pit guy, Dwayne Melbin. He works his butt off for me each week and is a great addition to the F1 team. We are headed to Elma Washington for the $10k to win race. We made the big show last year and are hoping to do the same this year. I will try to post each nites results starting with Thursdays (assumming the hotel has internet) Thanks everybody for your support
2006-06-06 - Saturday nite at Cottage Grove
Sorry it has taken so long for this update (Gary P.) Medford got called due to inclement weather on saturday morning so we decided to tow up to the grove to race up there. We got there and timed in 10th or so and started on the pole for the heat race. The track had recieved so much rain the last week that the track was horribly rough and tacky. We ended up second in the heat which would have lined us up in the 5th row inside for the main. They got 2 of the 4 scheduled mains in before the skies opened up and rained our race out. I am kind of glad that it did get rained out because of the lousy track conditions. We will be in medford this weekend.
2006-05-28 - Saturday at Yreka
We got to the track and the skies started to open up, so we waited around and it finally cleared up and the cars started to show up. By the time it was ready to mud in, there were 15 modifieds. We started our heat race on the pole and led it for the first 8 laps before a spinning lapped car forced us high off the track and 2 cars got by us. We ended up 3rd for the heat. We made some changes for the main because of the track slicking off. I have to say that the track down there was awesome. It was smooth as glass and dry as a bone. Just the way i like it. It was a little dusty but very racey. We started in the 4th row outside and within 5 laps had made our way into 2nd. Down there, whenever there is a yellow flag, they have what is called a texas style restart where the leader is out front by themselves, and everybody behind lines up double file. Meaning the second place car lines up low and the 3rd place car up high and so on and so forth. So this put us lined up low where the leader was running. I had a great side by side race for a few laps with Possinger before another yellow came out. The next time we lined up, Jeremy Richey was now on the outside and we had a 3place battle going on for the lead for a couple of laps before Jeremy made a move on the high side to get past us and the leader. I jumped up behind him and followed him around the leader. The next lap i dove low and passed Jeremy for the lead just as the white flag came out and we went on for our first win of the season. This new DRS Missle chassis was awesome to drive and would go anywhere i wanted it to go. I am unsure where we are racing next weekend but will probably be at Medford.
2006-05-21 - Saturday nite at SOS
We started off the nite by drawing a nice pill which put us on the pole for our heat. We fell to third because of a lousy start by me. We got back up to first and finished there. This put us on the outside pole for the dash and by the end of the first lap, i was in last place. the track had gotten super rough and tacky and i just couldn't control the car. On the last lap, i hit a rut so hard that i sheared the shock mount off the bird cage on the rear end and in the process broke the shock shaft off. At that point i was so disgusted with the track and was ready to park the car for the nite. The track brought out the grader and tried grading the track smooth. So we got the car back together and got to hot lap it a couple of laps before the main and decided to run the main event. We started in 4th row inside and pretty much stayed mid pack for the whole main event. The track was so rutted and tacky that the car just wouldn't handle. We ended up 8th with only minor scrapes on the car. We are going to be headed to Cottage Grove for next weeks 2 day race.
2006-05-16 - Saturday nite at Cottage Grove
We towed up to Cottage Grove this weekend to try out the new car. We timed in 11th in time trials and started outside pole of our heat. We won that race which put us on the inside of row 5 for the main event. Before the main, we setup the car for the track to be smooth and slick, putting on a special shock package that was given to us by the car manufacturer. It was way to soft for the track. The track ended up being rough and tacky. The cars front end was so soft due to the shocks that we would hit the ruts and just bounce all over the place. We managed to just hang in there and ended up finishing 7th. All in all, the car ran ok and we will know what to do the next time we are up there. We are racing at SOS this weekend.
2006-05-09 - Phoenix arizona trip
We left Medford early weds morning for the long trip to Phoenix Arizona to pick up the new car. We got into town about 2:30am thursday, slept for a couple of hours and then headed to the shop around 8:00am to start working on the car. When we got there, the car was barely over half finished, so mike and i jumped in and started helping to get the car done. We rented the local track for friday nite with the intention to go out and work some of the bugs out. We got the car finished enough (it was missing all of the body, roof, etc)around 8:00pm friday nite. We scaled it quickly and loaded up and headed out to the track to test. The track was about the same size as medford but had wide sweeping turns and the track was dry slick. It was an awesome track to test on. We played around for about 3 hours and learned alot about the car. We got to the shop the next morning and started working on the car to prepare it for the race that nite. We finally finished putting the body on at about 7:30pm that nite and headed out to Manzanita Speedway. We missed hot laps and got there in time to tag the last heat. We started in the 5th row and by the time the checkered flag fell, we were in 4th which transferred us to the $1000 to win a-main. The track was really tacky and a little rough for the heat race. We lined up outside row 8 for the main. The track started out staying tacky for about 5 laps, then totally slicked off. The car was really loose and we managed only to work our way up to 13th by the time the checkered flag fell. All in all, i was very pleased with the car. Nothing fell off and it worked pretty good considering we didn't scale it or set ride heights before the race. I scaled the car when we got home and the numbers were totally whacked. It had 85 lbs of right rear bite and all the ride heights weren't even close. We are heading up to Cottage Grove this weekend in preparation of getting ready for their $4000 to win show at the end of the month
2006-04-24 - Another Update
I decided not to run the pro stock this year. After spending many nites and little nickel and dime stuff, i decided i don't have the energy to put towards two cars this year. I am selling the pro stock and am going to focus on the modified. We are leaving Weds morning of the 3rd of may to head to arizona to pick up the new car. We are taking the motor down to install it there and are going to be racing at Manzanita Speedway on saturday the 6th and then we will head home. Our first race at home will probably be that next weekend up at Cottage Grove. Medford is off that weekend for the mods.
2006-03-24 - Friday March 24th
I just wanted to put up an update letting you all know what is going on. I sold the BMS chassis to Mike Johnson who will be running it out of my shop this season. He and i were co-owners in his pro stock that he ran last year and as part of the deal for the modified, i now own the pro stock. Since my new Missile chassis won't be ready until late april, i am putting the pro stock together, putting a new body on it and doing some updates and will be running that for the first part of the season. Depending on how we do with it, meaning if we are competitive or not, will determine if we run both the mod and the pro stock this season. If it turns out we aren't competitive, i will put a for sale sign on it and concentrate on the modified. The body should be done by next week sometime and we are shooting to have it ready for the April 8th opener at Southern oregon speedway
2006-01-22 - Saturday January 21st at Casa Grande
Today was the clincher that this was not meant to be this year at casa grande. We had a test and tune last nite and the motors oil leak just keep getting worse and worse. So the first thing we did saturday morning was pull the new motor and put in last years motor. We got it all done in time to hot lap and the car was really tight. Our heat race found us 5th row outside and we got up to 5th. They only transferred 4 so we had to run the b-main. We started 2nd row inside and the car was just horrible. It was tight and pushy and just a handful. We ended up 12th and made it into the a-main where on the second lap, we cut a tire going into 1 and went up off the track. At that point, we decided to cut our losses and we packed everything up and decided to head home. For one reason or another, the racing gods were not with us on this trip, so we will chalk it up to experience and head home to get ready for the spring season.
2006-01-18 - Sunday at casa grande
Sorry it has taken so long to update the site but we had another bad nite on sunday. We started out in hot laps shearing the pinion on the rearend gears. We got the gears changed out in time for the heat race where we started 8th and finished 5th. This started us 6th row outside. The car was really good and we were able to get up to sixth and transfer into the a-main. On the green flag on the first lap of the a-main, a car up front got sideways and collected up most of the field and we had no where to go and got tore up pretty bad. We lost both upper a arms, one lower control arm, both front shocks and both front rims along with a bunch of bent bumpers and body panels. We spent all day monday fixing the car and putting it back together. We race again weds nite and have decided that if we get torn up again, the racing gods have spoken and we are heading home.
2006-01-18 - Weds nite at casa grande
For some reason the racing gods are just not smiling at us this trip to casa grande. Last year we ran 4 full races there with hardly a scratch. This year seems to be the opposite. Tonite, we unloaded the car and went out to hot lap and actually had a good run there. Oil ahd water temps stayed normal and everything seemed to be fine. We drew another terrible pill draw and had to start 4th row outside. Chris wanted to try a little different setup, so i gave him free rein and let him do his thing. Turns out it worked damn good!!!! We started the heat race 4th row outside and was up to 3rd fighting for second with Jeremy Payne of Batesville Arkansas when the left rear shock broke and caused the body to drop down on the tire rubbing it until it blew about a 1/2 lap later. So we again had to start deep in the field of the B-main, starting 6th row outside. Within 5 laps, we were up to 3rd, the car was on rails on the outside groove when a yellow came out and we were toolin around when i happened to look down at the guages and the water temp was up to 220, so i started watching it as it started to climb up and when it got to 250, i pulled off the track and our nite was finished. I don't think it hurt the engine any, we are going to pressure check the cylinders tomorrow to make sure that nothing was hurt and take it out to the test/tune they are having friday nite. If it gets hot again, we will yank the motor out and put last years motor in. I will update again saturday nite.
2006-01-14 - Saturday at Casa Grande
Our first day at casa grande didn't turn out as well as we had hoped. The car was really tight in hot laps, so we made some changes for the heat. We started 3rd row outside and finished 6th. The track was rough and tacky in spots and slick in the others. We made a few more changes for the Bmain and started 3rd row outside again. We moved up to 5th on the first lap before a crash brought out a yellow and we did a restart. On this restart we moved up to 3rd coming out of 2 and was trying to pass down low for second when i went in a little too hot and the back end of the car started to come around and the car behind me plowed into my front end breaking the upper a-arm, center link, both left side rims and front shock. Not the way we wanted to start this week but we will take the bad with the good. Tomorrow is another day and i will update after the races
